Compensation:$80,000 + bonus
Responsibilities:- Design and launch dynamic Social Media campaigns at a company and in our local markets.
- Become the expert on our CRM tool and coach Loan Officers to implement CRM campaigns.
- Create flyers and educational seminars using graphic design and video editing skills that our Loan Officers can use.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including ROI and key performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- 5+ years of Social Media Marketing experience with advanced expertise with how to design, launch, and optimize campaigns through analytics
- 3+ years with graphic and video editing design experience. Ability to create flyers and edit videos
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- US work authorization
