Comark / Cortron is looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support the assembly processes and integration of components into a finished or partially finished assembly.
Job Responsibilities include:
identify parts required for a work order and gathering them for use in assembly from an identified stocking location
perform various assembly processes such as installing pcb assemblies into metal chassis, installing cables, and installing hardware by following instructions and adhering to quality requirements
assembly of electro-mechanical parts as well as routing of wires, adding RTV or other adhesives as instructed. Handling of tools, including torque drivers and hand tools
Job Expectations include:
adhere to ESD standards, safety and quality requirements
maintain a clean workspace and adhering to proper material handling techniques
support the schedule in a timely manner and recording time appropriately during the manufacturing process
high attention to detail
must be able to read and write English
ability to carry/lift loads up to 25 lbs.
