Responsibilities
The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its CONUS & OCONUS operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement including tech modernization, tech refresh, and activities related to customer LANs and UC services.
More About the Role:
As a Tier 3 NETOPS Administrator, you'll address complex support problems, coordinate with NOC and operational staff, lead platform upgrades, and develop technical reports for critical outages. You will also develop SOPs, troubleshoot network issues, monitor performance, and support network projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system patching and IAVA patches on network routers and switches.
- Upgrade IOS and software.
- Create, review, and publish SOPs for network operations.
- Troubleshoot system failures and accessibility issues.
- Monitor network performance and develop capacity reports.
- Maintain IP address allocations.
- Recommend operational efficiencies.
- Update knowledge articles and support KM management.
- Lead network implementation and refresh projects.
- Independently provide leadership within the Network team.
- Handle difficult problems through detailed analysis and creative solutions.
- Resolve network tickets, including categorization, provisioning, incident analysis, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain network monitoring systems.
- Travel up to 25% within CONUS.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI and pass Polygraph.
- High School/GED + 9 years, or higher degrees with corresponding experience.
- Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II Certification.
- Experience with trouble ticket systems like ServiceNow.
- Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills.
- Deep understanding of LAN/WAN and UC technologies.
- Experience as a Network Administrator in a NOC environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000, based on experience and other factors.
