Network And Security Services Analyst

The incumbent will be responsible for the daily maintenance and monitoring of the corporate network and security hardware and software systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity problems and escalating and following through to ensure issues are resolved is key to this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership for a team of network engineers.
2. Oversee the implementation and support of a global wide area network of over 260 locations, inclusive of voice, data (LAN/WAN), and contact center solutions.
3. Create technology road maps and manage budgets.
4. Oversee projects and manage service level agreements.
5. Build and maintain vendor relations.
6. Maintain accountability to internal business customers.
