Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will provide critical support in transactional law, corporate legal matters, and fleet management operations. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of legal agreements and business law.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize various legal agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Assist with corporate legal matters, including preparing indemnity letters and other related documentation.
Provide legal support for equipment and fleet management initiatives, ensuring proper adherence to contractual obligations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support the integration and management of contracts systems.
Conduct legal research to ensure all documents and processes align with current regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents and agreements.
Act as a liaison between the legal department and other business units to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on legal issues to support business objectives.
Ensure timely updates and modifications to legal documents as needed.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation efforts related to corporate legal matters. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably with expertise in transactional law and corporate legal matters.
Strong knowledge of legal agreements, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
Familiarity with fleet management operations and associated legal requirements.
Proficiency in handling indemnity letters and related documentation.
Solid understanding of business laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
