The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, we seek a Partner Manager to accelerate our Partnerships Program. You will foster relationships with clients and optimize partner programs for revenue growth. Your Impact
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary contact.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue, support deals, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead partner strategy development, identify potential partners, and evaluate opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure synergy and shared goals.
Your Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing strategic partnerships, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce marketplaces, with experience in ads or vendor management a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Adaptability to unstructured environments and navigating startup complexities.
- Strategic thinking with awareness of downstream impacts and balancing short- and long-term goals.
- Excellent communication skills across writing, speaking, and leading discussions.
