Job Description:
- 3-5 years of experience completing Peoplesoft People tools upgrades.
- Have a proven track record of successfully performing 3 plus People Tools upgrades and patch installations.
- Deep understanding of People Tools versions (8.x, 8.5x, 8.6x).
- PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), and PeopleSoft Change Assistant.
- Experience completing Peoplesoft application upgrades.
- Helpful for transporting application to new hardware.
- 3-5 years of Database Administrator experience.
- Strong SQL skills, experience with Oracle databases (troubleshooting, performance tuning).
- Familiar with Linux and Window servers and operating systems.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM) and their functionalities.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during upgrades.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams, testing teams, and SMEs.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
