Position Summary:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations team is responsible for delivering operational services globally for IAM applications and infrastructure, including SSO, CDSN/LDAP, Federated Identity (SAML), PKI, Extended Authentication, Strong Authentication, and Splunk. Responsibilities include problem engagement, service restoration, root cause analysis, and coordinating permanent fix resolutions.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience with Ping Identity products such as Ping Federate, Ping Access, and Ping Directory, along with extensive knowledge of MFA technologies, access management, and Linux. Hands-on experience with Splunk queries is essential.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of support experience with Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, MFA, PKI, Splunk, and Linux
- Strong knowledge of IAM domain
- Senior-level troubleshooting skills in IAM technologies
- Expertise in Linux and Splunk
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and on-call support
