Job Description
We are looking for passionate and technically proficient individuals to join our elite Technical Operator Program, delivering exceptional planetarium experiences to audiences worldwide. This role is crucial in operating and maintaining advanced planetarium systems while ensuring the highest quality presentation standards.
You will be responsible for managing show operations, maintaining technical equipment, delivering engaging presentations, and creating memorable experiences for visitors. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, showmanship, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain advanced digital planetarium systems
- Deliver engaging educational presentations and shows
- Manage show quality and technical performance standards
- Execute emergency protocols and safety procedures
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with venue staff and management
- Document technical issues and maintain operational logs
- Ensure optimal visitor experience and satisfaction
