Responsibilities
- Configuration and customizations of Dynamics CRM/Power Platform
- Understand and Document client functional requirements
- Configure and customize Power Platform applications based on the requirement specification
- Provide hands-on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role.
- Develop and estimate work items
- Lead technical discussions with clients
- Provide technical support to existing clients
Qualifications
- Good organizational skills with an ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate, and Power BI)
- Power Platform Administration
- Experience with development of Canvas and Model Apps
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 5+ Years of Power Platform or Dynamics CRM Experience
- Technical and Functional specifications documentation
- Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
- Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong Problem-Solving skills
