Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in power conversion and conditioning using technologies.
4 years of experience designing power distribution for data centers/other facilities.
Experience in Mechanical, Electric and Plumbing (MEP) .
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience with data center design, development and testing.
Familiarity with electrical distribution, energy storage, and electrical generation technologies, including fuel cells and other microgrid resources.
Familiarity with high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems.
Knowledge in NEC (National electrical code) with the understanding of building codes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work with executive team members on creating future data center architecture concepts.
Investigate renewable power generation, storage technologies and find best ways to implement them.
Create and maintain a plan of record electrical single line and layouts that will help quick implementation in the field.
Develop products which will form the design template for Google Data Centers.
Implement solutions that lead to fast, cost effective construction.
