Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all administrative and clinical staff within the practice
- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments and coordinate patient flow throughout the practice
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care and satisfaction
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote teamwork and professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration or related field, Masters preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- CPR certification is preferred
