We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative
PrincipalHCM Consultant to join our team. In this role you will ensure the
successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting HRIS systems, requirements capturing, configuration, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. - Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business
Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday
- Assist the Integration team in helping to configure and test
- Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use it on all
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workdays proven solutions
Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
About You
Basic Qualifications: Senior HCM Implementation Consultant
Prior experience implementing Workday is a MUST
- A minimum of 3+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Basic Qualifications: Principal HCM Implementation Consultant
Prior experience implementing Workday is a MUST
- A minimum of 7+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Other Qualifications
Workday HCM Certification a plus
- Proven project management experience and a passion for customer
- Functional experience HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting,
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plus
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and
Bachelors degree or relevant experience required
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any
additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
