Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum of four (4) years' experience in an office environment, including two (2) years in procurement
Additional Requirements:
- Satisfactorily complete a medical examination if required.
- This job is critical to mission functions and may require reporting during emergencies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and act as the primary liaison for the print shop.
- Respond to inquiries, manage job tracking, and prioritize workflow.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement activities, including contract management.
- Support invoicing, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with mailroom and lost & found operations.
- Maintain safety policies and promote a safety culture.

- Skills assessment, interview, experience verification, background check, and medical screening.
Additional Info:
- Full-time position, not applicable to seniority level, in the design, art/creative, and IT fields.
- Location: Laurel, MD, with salary range $51,800 - $85,300.
