You're ready to inform and execute a product marketing strategy for our industry-leading data and SaaS products. You're an excellent communicator who knows when to listen and asks insightful questions to deepen your understanding of the industry, CostQuest's products, and our target audience's needs. You understand complex technical topics and can communicate them clearly to both experts and novices. You're a self-starter, motivated to tackle complex problems, and contribute your best work to the Business Development team. You have a knack for storytelling and are prepared to create content that communicates product value and generates interest. You are interested in Product Innovation and in developing new brand stories for upcoming products.
This role involves working alongside CostQuest's leadership and partners to grow our data and SaaS products. The market environment is niche and requires developing a strong online profile and face-to-face relationships. You should develop an understanding of telecommunications economic and network issues, federal regulation, and policy, and confidently speak within these contexts.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in content marketing, writing, social media marketing, or related
- Strong storytelling skills for various marketing mediums
- Ability to analyze data and convey complex ideas visually and in writing
- Organized, proactive, meticulous, capable of managing multiple projects
- Experience supporting product marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with SEO tools like Google Search Console
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in website and social data analysis tools like Google Analytics
- Familiarity with social channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio
- Experience with email marketing tools like MailChimp
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to Cincinnati, OH, Washington, D.C., and events
Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000
