Location: Tampa, FL 33637 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $118,918 – $148,674 per year

About The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Product Marketing Director to join a global organization committed to advancing the information and communications technology (ICT) profession. This strategic leadership position is ideal for a marketing visionary who thrives on innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and driving impactful campaigns. You’ll lead a talented marketing team and take ownership of initiatives that span digital engagement, brand development, and emerging technologies including AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development: Create and lead multi-channel marketing strategies to promote products and services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Digital & AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and digital platforms (SEO, SEM, email, social, programmatic advertising) to enhance campaign performance and personalization.
- Market Research & Innovation: Stay on top of trends, conduct audience analysis, and implement forward-thinking marketing tactics.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a creative marketing team. Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Content & Brand Oversight: Guide content creation for marketing, PR, advertising, presentations, and promotional materials—ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments such as product development, membership services, and event planning to drive integrated marketing success.
- Event & Creative Production: Oversee branding for major conferences and events, as well as the development of digital assets, print collateral, promotional merchandise, and video content.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present insights to leadership for strategic improvements.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Coordinate with outside agencies and manage marketing budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in marketing campaign development, digital strategy, or content creation.
- Strong background in digital marketing and AI-powered tools for analytics and automation.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and creative concept development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing analytics platforms, and project management tools.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Certifications such as PMP or Certified Brand Strategist.
- Experience in nonprofit marketing or agency settings is a plus.
- Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel, including attendance at two annual week-long conferences and occasional trade shows. Must be able to obtain a U.S. passport.
- Work Environment: Professional office setting with moderate noise levels. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
