Job Description:
Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking a Digital Product Operations Manager. This role ensures the smooth delivery and performance of digital products, with a focus on Trade Distributor experience. The position bridges teams across sales, revenue management, pricing, and technology to optimize customer journeys, product data, quality assurance, launches, onboarding, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Launch & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end product launches and streamline onboarding for Trade Distributors.
Customer Experience & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and business partners.
Data & Insights
- Serve as data steward for product info, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and guide decisions.
Process & Quality Optimization
- Drive process improvements across the product lifecycle.
- Oversee quality checks to maintain high standards.
Technical & Strategic Execution
- Support product builds, content configuration, and system uptime.
- Execute strategy aligned with digital experience goals for Trade Distributors.
