As a Production Planner I you become a member of our global team of thinkers, innovators, dreamers and doers who make the things that make the future. You will report to the Sr Materials Management Manager and work out of the Clearwater, FL location.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with program engineering and production engineering to ensure SOE times are correct in the system
Works with Master Scheduler to correct the schedule due to program delays and milestone corrections
Move hardware between production work cells, factory buildings, & shipping
Hardware can vary in weight and & size.
~ 5 - 35 lbs. for single-person lift
35 - 75 lbs. for 2 2-person lifts.
Hardware > 75 lbs. require a lift assist device.
Expedite/prioritize for things that fall outside of the standard Production/Test processes
Priorietise day through Leadership standard work
Develop work-around plans where needed
Resolves escalations by working with cross-functional teams
Drive metrics improvements
Review production schedules
Capacity requirement review
Labor load review
Material availability review
Actively participates and contributes to continuous improvement plans
Interacts with factory floor
Identifies risk factors
Data analysis overviews

YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a planner/scheduler role
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Working knowledge of basic computer skills
