Program Analyst
Overview:
ASRC Federal - Broadleaf Division is seeking a highly qualified Program Analyst to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Information Technology Management Office (ITMO) in Tampa, FL. This position is critical in managing programmatic and contractual responsibilities that support USSOCOM's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide programmatic and contract support by planning, analyzing, and evaluating contract status to ensure timely execution of deliverables and contract actions.
Assist the government in overseeing administrative duties, tracking deliverables, and ensuring contract objectives and quality standards are met.
Prepare a monthly assessment of contract management performance for government review.
Draft and prepare contractual documents for government approval.
Ensure all contract-related documentation complies with internal government review and approval processes.
Track project milestones and monitor progress to meet deadlines for draft and final submissions.
Support the development and review of Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
Contribute to program strategy development, contract planning, and documentation efforts.
Organize and maintain program and contractual documents using government-designated web portals.
Review and validate contract deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
Work core hours aligned with the Command's schedule, Monday through Friday.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts and procurement support.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Strong understanding of and ability to interpret and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs).
Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
Skilled in research, data collection, and analytical review.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
