Position Summary
The Program Associate (PA) will support one to two initiative directors in designing and managing initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing meetings with grantees, consultants, colleagues, and funders; tracking and managing budgets; reviewing grant proposals; drafting reports; and communicating on various issues.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities: Manage calendars, coordinate travel, organize files, support meetings, assist onboarding, and monitor deadlines.
Grantmaking: Process proposals, reports, grants, and invoices; assist with budgets; conduct due diligence.
Communication: Facilitate information sharing, prepare drafts, coordinate logistics, and maintain respectful communication.
Experience
Minimum two years supporting administrative, project management, or grants roles. Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Asana, Zoom, Slack. Passion for reducing climate change and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Salary
Range: $70,000 - $80,000, adjusted for high-cost markets. Salary reflects experience and qualifications.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Must be able to work at a desk for most of the day, communicate effectively via phone/video/email, with or without accommodations.
