PotomacWave is looking for a Program Management Analyst to join our team supporting a Federal client in Washington, DC. This position functions as an intelligence program management support specialist. The position provides administrative support functions and assists with the day-to-day program management activities, including strategic planning, budget planning and tracking, program briefing and report development, tracking laboratory and other deliverables, and developing and implementing an annual project management cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day program management activities, including budget planning and tracking, and program briefing/report development.
- Assist with tracking deliverables and in developing/implementing an annual project management cycle, including periodic updates of division priorities, review/tracking of project proposals, project selection, and providing feedback to labs on performance.
- Assist in the annual development of a work plan that details projects to be completed and how they relate to established priorities.
- Assist with preparing final correspondence, reports, and other published material; prepare briefing material; establish and maintain program files; perform budget and finance tasks.
- Assist with the development of strategic planning documents for the division.
- Perform budget assessments to project spending rates as requested by leadership and draft responses to requests for information on Division budget status for review/approval by the Division Director.
- Engage with Points of Contact (POCs) on behalf of leadership to address production issues, budget discrepancies, and communicate budget guidance.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of directly related experience performing administrative support functions within the U.S. Government intelligence/counterintelligence, military, law enforcement, or similar communities.
- Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with word processing, project management, automated data processing, desktop publishing software, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with government budget cycles and systems, including automated checkbook/accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a business-related field is required.
- Successful completion of a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination may be required.
- Must have an active Top Secret or DOE Q clearance.
Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000
