Responsibilities
Kforce has a client seeking a Program Manager in San Francisco, CA. The role involves leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to transform Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes across various B2B sectors. This position is within the CAO organization, working at the intersection of Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations. The goal is to enhance and develop Q2C infrastructure to support rapid growth, requiring clarity in complex issues, team alignment, and delivering measurable business results through strategic program management.
Key Tasks:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Q2C transformation programs, including process optimization, system enhancements, automation, and organizational alignment.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to develop scalable, tech-enabled Q2C capabilities.
- Define program goals, milestones, and KPIs; ensure execution through structured planning and issue resolution.
- Maintain program visibility and accountability with roadmaps, dashboards, and documentation.
- Utilize tools like Asana to organize and execute multiple workstreams.
- Support change management and adoption for long-term success.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, tailoring messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build alignment and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues proactively to maintain momentum.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in program management, enterprise transformation, or strategic operations, preferably in fast-paced, global, cross-functional settings.
- Deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes focusing on scalability, efficiency, and control.
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
- Strong critical thinking skills for assessing trade-offs and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on system and process implications.
- Ability to influence and build trust across teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, with a disciplined approach to program delivery and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise or finance transformation, consulting, or ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with B2B go-to-market models, including contracting, invoicing, and customer support workflows.
- Knowledge of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Background in high-growth tech or platform companies.
The pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation Kforce believes it would pay at posting. Actual pay may vary based on relevant factors.
