Position Overview:
We are currently hiring an experienced Construction Project Administrator to join our team in South San Francisco, CA. Position is full-time, onsite, temp-to-hire and must successfully pass pre-employment screenings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing project documentation and support tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive job folders for construction projects
- Review job packages and complete associated checklists for quality and compliance
- Review and organize as-built documentation and pole completion forms
- Assist Project Managers with managing and tracking work authorizations
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and generate reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or minimum 2-3 years of prior Project Administrative experience
- Proficient in database management and documentation control
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail; dependable and trustworthy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
