Role Overview
This full-time, grant-funded position involves leading advocacy efforts related to online child protection, serving as chair of the End OSEAC Coalition, and managing advocacy strategies, stakeholder engagement, and coalition activities. Candidates must reside in or near Washington, DC, and have work authorization in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement advocacy strategies for the End OSEAC Coalition.
- Coordinate coalition meetings, develop advocacy materials, and foster relationships with policymakers and stakeholders.
- Manage grant activities, track budgets, oversee staff and consultants, and prepare reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; postgraduate preferred.
- 8-10 years in international development, advocacy, or child protection.
- 3+ years in advocacy related to online protection or related issues.
- Experience engaging with survivors and advocacy strategy development.
Additional Skills
- Leadership in coalition building and advocacy.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Portuguese, or Spanish preferred.
