Project Leader - Healthcare (Boston Consulting Group, Inc. - Summit, NJ): Manage the design and development of long-term business strategies for clients within the healthcare sector in order to achieve superior efficiency, revenue growth, and organizational capability. Specific duties include: perform sophisticated market research, benchmarking, market sizing, modeling, forecasting, and decision analysis to identify growth opportunities for healthcare clients; develop regulation compliant procurement strategies for clients to mitigate supply chain risks, optimize costs, and secure critical materials for healthcare product delivery; streamline and redesign client's R&D/product development process, reduce inefficiencies, and accelerate time-to-market; implement lean methodologies to optimize resource allocation, minimize waste, and improve innovation throughput while ensuring regulatory compliance; develop and execute integrated strategies to enhance brand positioning within the healthcare sector; leverage data-driven marketing to drive market share while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations; identify and implement opportunities to leverage GenAI/intelligent automation assistance to enhance efficiencies for healthcare clients, including product labelling innovation, automated document processing, and inventory tracking and restocking; define performance metrics, monitor service delivery, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards; support change management for healthcare clients; manage case team responsibilities including personnel assignments, research and analysis, and reports to clients; undertake critical evaluation of analytical work performed using advanced economic and financial analysis techniques; oversee and direct consultants and junior professional staff; oversee project planning and preparation of outputs; present findings to senior client management; and oversee business development and client relationships. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Public Health, Healthcare Management (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience as a management consultant, business analyst, or a quantitative analyst, which must include at least one (1) year of experience providing business strategy recommendations to companies in the healthcare sector. In lieu of Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience as noted above, BCG will accept a Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Public Health, Healthcare Management (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and two (2) years of experience as a management consultant, business analyst, or a quantitative analyst, which must include at least one (1) year of experience providing business strategy recommendations to companies in the healthcare sector. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) - must possess the following: conducting cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the financial viability and operational impact of healthcare innovations, including assessing financial performance and ROI of projects to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation; leveraging Tableau and/or Power BI business intelligence tools to create dashboards and visualizations for monitoring healthcare KPIs, and leveraging analytics tools to derive actionable insights and improve decision-making recommendations; conducting root cause analysis to identify and address process inefficiencies and key bottlenecks, and design and develop project plans to lead process improvement teams and present analysis and solutions to senior leadership; developing and executing PMI frameworks, and creating and managing integration roadmaps that align with the strategic goals of the merged entities, including regulatory requirements, drug/product development pipelines, manufacturing, and commercialization processes; utilizing healthcare innovation frameworks to drive product developm
