Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a variety of initiatives within the Human Resources (HR) department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management methodologies and a proven ability to drive successful project delivery aligned with HR strategic goals. Experience in HR and/or leading Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR-related projects from initiation through completion (including technology, business process, and operational initiatives).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective team communication and lead project meetings.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with HR technology systems.
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master or managing Agile teams is a plus.
