Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from pre-construction to final delivery
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution
- Coordinate with superintendents, contractors, engineers, and clients to align with project objectives
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and construction codes
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project progress
- Maintain constant communication with field and office teams to ensure proper project execution
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably in infrastructure or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and planning
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Experience with project management software and tracking tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance
- Valid driver’s license and availability to visit job sites in different locations
