Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in financial systems to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will oversee and drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of key financial tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead the management and optimization of financial systems, including Sage Intacct, bill.com, and Expensify.
Oversee processes related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), expense reporting, and banking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial tools into the organization's operations.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to achieve system improvement goals.
Provide training and support to staff on the use of financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems, recommending improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations in all system processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial systems. Requirements - Proven experience with Sage Intacct, including AP, AR, expense, and banking modules.
Strong knowledge of financial tools such as bill.com and Expensify.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
A strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus but not required.
