Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on keeping things moving, bringing clarity to chaos, and making creative work happen smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
– Support creative projects from kickoff to delivery by organizing timelines, tasks, and milestones
– Keep teams on track by managing schedules, taking notes, and following up on action items
– Communicate with internal teams and clients, making sure the right info gets to the right people
– Flag blockers and risks early, keeping projects moving forward with minimal friction
– Keep everything organized—files, feedback, scopes, contracts, and invoices
– Help improve and refine our internal processes as we scale
Who You Are:
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and unafraid to speak up when something’s off
– Familiar with tools like Notion, Google Docs, Dropbox (bonus: Figma, Adobe CC, Miro, etc.)
– Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once without letting things slip
– Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and in meetings
– Genuinely curious about how creative work gets made and how to make it better
– 1–2 years of experience in a creative agency or fast-paced team environment
Locations:
Remote is great. Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, or Los Angeles is a plus.
This is a full-time role with competitive pay and room to grow.
