Or client, a global Banking Giant, is looking to engage a seasoned Project / Program Manager with subject-matter expertise in Payment processes and technology to play a key role in driving a highly visible enterprise initiative. This initiative isinvolves mapping out all existing payment channels and processes across all lines of business for this "Bank of Banks", consolidating into a new payment channel / platform.
Pay Rate: $$90-95/hr W2
Responsibilities:
This role requires managing multiple lines of business and a significant number of stakeholders, including subject matter experts, to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a large-scale project across multiple business lines, focusing on payment channels and client interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive project objectives and deliverables.
Facilitate internal negotiations and bring together diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Escalate issues as necessary, given the high level of sponsorship from company leadership.
Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Ensure all project artifacts are meticulously maintained and compliant with regulatory / governance requirements.
Present project updates and outcomes to regulatory bodies as needed.
Work within an agile methodology, coordinating with team members.
Engage with stakeholders primarily in the East Coast time zone.
Experience Requirements:
Project Management Experience: 10+ years of experience managing very large enterprise projects.
Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, with significant subject -matter knowledge of payment workflows, systems and platforms such as SWIFT, ACH, AVS, and BPOA.
Agile Project Management: Strong, demonstrated experience in agile project management.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and technical project management.
Process Mapping and Analysis: Strong skills in process mapping and process analysis.
Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with and reporting to Steering Committees and related groups.
Data Management: Experience working with large datasets for presentation and tracking purposes.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
