Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Superintendent to help facilitate two ongoing projects at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.
· Oversight/management over subcontractor activities including the replacement and installation of cooling towers and VAVs
· Forming and presenting of reports to update the subcontractors and clients

Skills and Requirements
· 5 years of oversight experience supporting project-related teams in the construction or building maintenance industry
Knowledge of building automation systems/controls environments
· Proficient computer skills with general Windows environment, Microsoft Office software, and email.
· Must have strong attention to detail, with utmost interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and identify needs of the project managers, staff and the client.
· Independent, self-starter a must; able to make sound decisions and execute the tasks required. · Background in the mechanical subcontracting/service field null
