A World-Changing Company
Palantir builds the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.
The Role
Palantir's Proposal Team, known internally as the Smiths, seeks a versatile writer and project manager to write winning proposals and secure new commercial contracts.
Smiths work closely with Palantir's business development, engineering, and legal teams to articulate Palantir's value proposition to current and potential customers. We craft compelling documents and web communications that explain how our software addresses critical needs faced by commercial enterprises. On any given day, we're managing several concurrent RFP processes for new customer contracts, triaging new incoming business opportunities, or helping to build a software demo for a potential customer. Smiths also lead a range of business development (BD), capture management, and proposal management efforts. This includes evaluating new opportunities, partnering with others in the BD organization to determine effective pursuit strategies, and overseeing complex, multi-vendor RFP processes.
This role is a unique opportunity to combine expertise in technical writing, project management, and enterprise BD strategy. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to illuminate that power through persuasive communication, we want to meet you.
