To help us continue our impact, we are seeking a Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This role reports directly to both the Director of Quality Assurance and the Director of Compliance. The ideal candidate brings a keen attention to detail and a strong appreciation for how rigorous data monitoring leads to meaningful improvements in service delivery and outcomes.
What Would You Be Doing?
Fulfilling ongoing medical record requests (client, payor, legal, government)
Conducting internal audits, including:
Start of care consents
Staff credentialing and supervision ratios
Session note audits and internal client file reviews
Compliance with required staff training
Adherence to new systems, procedures, and policies
Data collection and analysis on operational efficiency and system viability
Supporting external audits (payor-initiated or otherwise)
Reporting project statuses and data trends to the Quality Assurance Director
Following all confidentiality and privacy policies, including strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and protection of PHI

What Do You Bring to the Role?
High School Diploma required (College degree preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid computer and editing skills
Comfort working across multiple business platforms such as CentralReach, DOMO, BambooHR, and LITMOS
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
Basic analytical abilities to interpret data and present recommendations
Work Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Deerfield Beach, FL corporate headquarters
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
