Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, plans and directs quality
control programs and activities designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred
- 10+ years of industry experience preferred
- 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with CDOT standards and specifications
- Must be safety-minded, team-oriented and customer-focused
- Detail and technically oriented individual
- Ability to read and understand technical plans and specifications,
- Must be self-motivated with ability to perform duties with minimal
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and StonemontQC
- CAPA (A, B, C, E), RSO certifications required
- Long hours, weekend and/or night work possible
- Able to work in outdoor setting under varying weather conditions
