Overview:

Practice Fusion is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who is

passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients. This role combines individual contributions (test development and execution), process and procedure management, and people management.

Responsibilities:

As a manager:

• Establishing performance goals for team members
• Providing regular constructive feedback on performance/development

and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner

• Recognizing high performers to maintain motivation and retain key

talent

• Implementing development plans and coaching for individuals to reach

their maximum talent

• Creating and fostering team spirit
• Inducting new joiners to quickly maximize performance
• Allocating workload to fully utilize every employees talent and

growth potential

Participate in defining, leading, and auditing progress in quality

initiatives, as appropriate to project and product need

Regularly use/report quality-related metrics

Lead/participate in standards-based compliance or process improvement

efforts as appropriate to project and product need
