Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our law firm. This person will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will help with a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and has great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a polite and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls; take messages when needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Keep the reception area clean and presentable
Schedule and manage conference room bookings
Help with basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and office supply ordering
Work with other departments to support meetings and events
Maintain confidentiality and a professional appearance at all times
Requirements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role; experience in a law firm is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy office
