Firm Advice has been in business for over 25 years and enjoys a stellar reputation. We provide corporations and law firms with attorneys and other legal professionals, including paralegals and contract and compliance professionals. We are conducting a search to add a recruiter to our team. Training on how to become a top Recruiter will be provided.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with sales leads to understand details of positions.
- Create job postings.
- Creatively and efficiently source, prescreen, and identify qualified candidates for a broad range of positions in the legal field.
- Review resumes of applicants.
- Timely and with empathy communicate with applicants and other potentially interested individuals.
- Interface daily with sales leads regarding candidate pool and offer suggestions on excellent matches for open positions.
- Conduct reference checks, verify credentials, and work with third parties to obtain background check and drug screens.
- Prepare and send contracts.
- Maintain candidate databases and status tracking systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or additional work equivalent.
- 2 plus years' experience with tech platforms; experience with LinkedIn desired.
- Enjoy working with and desire to help people.
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
