What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full-desk recruitment: Manage both candidate and client sides, owning the entire process from business development to offer negotiation.
- Developing a vertical market: Build long-term relationships within a defined tech niche — become a true subject matter expert.
- Driving business growth: Engage with existing accounts and open new opportunities through consultative sales.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1–2 years of 360 recruitment experience (tech market experience is a plus, but not essential).
- Proven track record in business development and candidate delivery.

- Ability to commute to or relocate to Scottsdale.
