- PandL management experience.
- A/B UST operator certification in each managing state, or familiarity with and ability to obtain certification within 30 days from start of employment.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience working with fuel system equipment such as Veeder Root, FE Petro, Petro-Tite, Red Jacket and fuel system testing equipment such as Ezy Chek, Petro Tite, AcuRite, Alert is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or heavy maintenance in the petroleum industry is a plus.
- Corresponding State's UST certification's, desired but not required.

- Demonstrated familiarity of state and federal EPA requirements.

Job Description:
The Regional Compliance Manager's primary duty is to manage the daily Compliance operations in their region. This includes daily interactions with Service Managers and Dispatchers, Compliance Coordinators, Technicians, Inspectors, and customers across the assigned region. While maximizing efficiency and maintaining excellent safety standards. The Regional Compliance Manager is responsible for achieving a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Adhere and oversee team's adherence to safety policies and procedures, correcting any unsafe conditions.
- Work with Service Managers and Dispatchers and Compliance Coordinators to meet Compliance deadlines.
- Work with Service Managers and Dispatchers and Compliance Coordinators to understand and meet customers' goals and expectations.
- Ensure testing and inspection schedules are correct and properly communicated to Service.
- Monitor completion of testing and inspections for on time completion and work with Service Managers and Dispatchers and Compliance Coordinators to correct chronic issues.
- Update internal databases with Federal, State, and/or Local environmental regulation information as updated or released.
- Work with the Training team to ensure region and self are up to date on training and certifications.
- Evaluate team's skills and implement educational and practical goals.
- Assist technicians in field when necessary.
- Work with Service Branches to ensure adequate properly trained personnel and equipment are available to meet current commitments and allow business growth.
