We're looking for a friendly and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team here at our Urbandale, Iowa office!
In this role, you'll manage essential administrative tasks, including maintaining organized records and documentation. You'll also be a primary point of contact, cheerfully answering phones and warmly greeting office visitors. Responsibilities include promptly following up with new leads (within 5 minutes), preparing management and owner packets, and accurately handling data entry and document uploads in Appfolio. This full-time front desk position also involves managing the Director of Growth's calendar and facilitating positive communication across departments.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in roles involving sales support, administrative assistance, customer care, or front desk reception. Experience within the real estate or property management sector is a plus!
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Comfortable using Google Business Workspace and CRM software; familiarity with AppFolio is a bonus!
- Proactive and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
