We are looking for an ambitious "people person" to complete our fast-paced Events team. In this role, you will guide clients through the private event process from inquiry to completion. You will be the go-to person for a variety of clientele, including corporate, weddings and social, membership, and team member appreciation events as well as group hotel blocks.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Self-starter who will support the Sales and Catering Managers to achieve sales targets and expand the business to meet budgetary needs
- Open and willing to work in a multicultural environment
- Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, members, and team members
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Proficient in property management systems including Clubessential and ReserveCloud
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in event management preferred, Hospitality and/or Club industry is a plus
- An enthusiastic and proactive work ethic
- Ability to collaborate effectively both as a team or independently
- Excellent organizational skills
