This position is open due to an upcoming retirement. In summary, as a Sales Engineer, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating technical solutions to prospective customers, partnering with the sales team to deliver product demos, addressing technical inquiries, understanding customer needs, and developing solutions.

POSITION
We're looking for a solution-oriented individual with a high sense of integrity and strong dedication to caring for customers. Some essential duties will include:
- Provide technical expertise and engineering support with respect to new part designs.
- Review existing parts and processes to implement improvements and/or cost reduction initiatives.
- Provide technical support assistance to production as assigned.
- Utilize education and experience to develop new customers, markets, materials and new applications.
- Limited travel is required to participate in trade show events (typically 3 a year) or go to a customer site if necessary to provide technical support and for sales efforts.
- Sales liaison to other departments, primarily to the Quality and Press Room departments.
BASE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline.
- Related sales engineering experience from working in a custom manufactured product environment.
NICE TO HAVES
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or Ceramics Engineering preferred.
