Daniel George is looking for a unique individual to become the Sales Manager/Designer of our new San Francisco showroom.
Daniel George has become a leading authority on custom menswear in the United States. Headquartered in Chicago, Daniel George has built a loyal client base through exceptional craftsmanship, service, and personalized style.
We are seeking a seasoned and driven custom menswear professional to lead sales, manage operations, and deliver an unmatched client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to design garments and take precise measurements
- Manage day-to-day operations of the new San Francisco showroom
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
- Provide expert style guidance and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with in-house tailors on alterations and client preferences
- Train and mentor additional sales associates as the team expands
- Coordinate client communication, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in custom menswear
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and styling
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- A genuine passion for menswear

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $110,000 annually
