Sales Representative
Summary: A global packaging company is looking to bring on a new sales representative. With over $32B in revenue, they are focused on providing sustainable, paper-based packaging solutions. This role involves managing current customer relationships, prospecting new customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth plans by aligning market trends with company solutions.
- Identify pricing dynamics and strategies to develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals to contribute to annual targets.
- Create and manage a strategic sales pipeline within corrugated packaging sales
- Manage contractual relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Drive commercial excellence through new account development, growth in existing accounts, and margin improvement plans.
- Leverage internal resources to understand market trends and competition.
- Monitor profitability levels and analyze financial summaries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with corrugated packaging
- 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI
