Hekima is looking for a RHEL System Administrator who will join a team of admins responsible for the management and advanced troubleshooting of related issues in the SIPR environment.
We will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.
Serve as a systems administrator for management and issues related to the RHEL servers or managed applications. In this role, you will be responsible for following approved SOPs for known issues, as well as dynamic troubleshooting of new issues as they are reported. This will regularly involve collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to properly identify issues, document, and test resolutions.
