As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site in Germantown, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .
As an unarmed patrol officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with team members and site personnel. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere by embodying our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and working collaboratively with integrity.

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, which may include areas related to aerospace and defense operations.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as situations arise.
Minimum Requirements:
Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance required.
Maryland Security Professional Guard Card preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
