Job Description
Oracle Consulting is seeking experienced OTM/GTM Delivery Consultants with deep expertise in Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud (OTM/GTM) . As a Lead OTM/GTM Delivery Consultant , you will play a key role in driving the OTM/GTM workstream, implementing and optimizing Oracle OTM/GTM solutions, and delivering tailored configurations to meet client-specific needs.
We are seeking professionals who can design and implement sophisticated supply chain solutions utilizing Oracle OTM/GTM. This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and tested solutions that add real value to our clients.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud solutions for both new and existing clients.
Leverage OTM/GTM capabilities to develop client-specific customizations and deliver optimal business solutions.
Configure OTM/GTM applications to align with operational and business requirements.
Analyze functional, technical, and process needs to produce supporting documentation and solution designs.
Design and execute integration strategies, including mappings and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with enterprise and solution architecture teams to ensure architectural compliance.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation and system diagrams for all enhancements and custom solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience with multiple full-cycle Oracle OTM/GTM implementations .
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in OTM/GTM configuration, deployment, and solution validation.
Minimum 4 years of direct Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud consulting experience.
Background in designing and implementing advanced supply chain solutions.
Strong ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional changes in OTM/GTM.
Understanding of end-to-end SCM process for Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes.
Skilled in requirement gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation.
Experience working closely with architecture teams to align with enterprise standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
