Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM Law Firm seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards, ensuring competitiveness and fiscal prudence.
- Develop and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
- Perform salary surveys and analyze external market data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide expertise in compensation-related inquiries, including job evaluations, merit increases, and promotional adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or certification (e.g., CCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
