We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will report to one of Marsh McLennan Agency's (MMA) Senior Compliance Officers and be responsible for executing on compliance priorities across MMA's business insurance (including P&C), employee health & benefits insurance, and private lines practices. Additionally, you will support MMA's compliance culture by helping to support implementations ranging from regulatory compliance, policy and procedures, training, monitoring and investigations. You will also advise business colleagues on compliance and regulatory matters.The Legal, Compliance and Public Affairs (LCPA) department promotes a culture in which ethical, lawful, and risk mindful behavior is encouraged and reinforced.
