We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Senior Copywriter to join our growing creative team within our design org. You will be mainly focused on product copy and content design, with involvement in GTM campaigns and social copy. You will collaborate with marketing teams and senior copywriters to implement high-quality marketing and product design projects. You’ll report to our Creative Director based in New York and spend your days writing engaging content to captivate and retain audiences.

We follow a flexible hybrid model, typically working around three days per week on-site in our San Francisco office.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver brand tone of voice and ensure its consistent application across products.
- Represent the copy/content team with cross-functional partners.
- Create exciting and meaningful creative content for our product teams, building hype for Strava and championing our tone of voice.
- Support GTM campaigns and social copy initiatives.
- Drive the copy process with light oversight, from ideation to delivery.
- Produce high-quality copy independently for defined objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest fitness trends across all platforms.
- Join an internal creative team spanning various fields.
- Make a measurable impact on our business growth.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in copywriting and content design/UX writing.
- Experience with Figma over multiple years.
- Proven ability in content design to elevate product copy.
- A portfolio showcasing storytelling, content design, and conceptual skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and contribute ideas.
- Experience in product and digital content, especially mobile apps.
- Passion for exploring new opportunities, taking risks, and learning from experiences.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and time zones.
- Interest in supporting product teams with fresh perspectives.
- Background in sports-related content or working within sports companies.
- Experience across various writing fields including creative agencies, brand, platform, and social media.
Compensation Overview:
Salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, based on skills, experience, location, and market conditions. This range reflects base pay only, excluding benefits or equity. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
